Presentation awards are given with the intention of recognizing one’s contribution to the field and encouraging more active participation for the betterment of the research fraternity as a whole. The concept will inspire you to achieve more and may lead to policy implementation in the pursuit of a fruitful tomorrow.
The final decisions will be taken by the evaluation panel members of the session and the Conference Chair. Evaluation panel will consist with personals with sound academic or industrial background for that particular subject area. The marks will be given by the Evaluation panel according to the following criteria. The highest scoring presentations (Both Physical and Virtual) will be recommended for the following awards based on the evaluation committee’s and the Conference Chair’s rankings.
The awards are given to the most outstanding researchers of the nutrition conference under four categories (These categories may subject to changes).
This award will be awarded for the most outstanding presentation of the entire conference.
There will be a number of technical sessions at the nutrition conference under different themes. These awards are awarded to the presentations that have been selected to be the best in the particular session.
The Best Student Presentation Award at the nutrition conference will be given to the most outstanding presentation presented by a participant who has registered under the student category. Undergraduates, Master students, and Ph.D. students will be considered under this category.
There will be a poster session at the conference, and this award is dedicated to the poster presenters at the nutrition and health conference. The best poster presentation will be selected among all the researchers in the session.
Each presentation undergoes evaluation by two evaluators, and the final score is determined by averaging the marks from both evaluators. The top presentation in each session will be chosen based on these final scores assigned by the evaluators, with the ultimate decision made by the Conference Chair. The following criteria are considered for this award, and scores are given on a scale of 100.
Every poster presentation is evaluated by a special evaluator based on below criteria and the presentation with the highest mark is selected as the Best Poster Presentation Award. The final mark is given out of 100.
Presentations of each technical session with the highest marks shall be recommended for these two awards. They are evaluated by a special committee headed by the Conference Chair according to the below criteria.
Evaluation Criteria
All the winners will be presented with their awards during the awards ceremony which will be held on the last day of the conference along with the conference conclusion.
