Visa Information for TIIKM Conference Participants

International participants attending TIIKM conferences in Bali, Indonesia, are advised to review the visa requirements applicable to their nationality before making travel arrangements.

1. Countries Eligible for Indonesia e-Visa

Nationals of certain countries are eligible to apply for an Indonesia e-Visa online without visiting an Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.

 

2. Visa on Arrival (VoA) & Free Visit Visa

Indonesia offers Visa on Arrival (VoA) and Free Visit Visa facilities to citizens of selected countries, governments of special administrative regions, and certain entities.

 

3. Calling Visa Countries

Nationals of certain countries are required to apply for a Calling Visa, which involves additional immigration clearance.

Special Notice – Secretariat Letters

Please note that conference secretariat letters are not sufficient to override Indonesian visa requirements for the countries listed below. Participants holding passports from these countries are required to follow the official visa application procedures through the Indonesian Immigration authorities, as the TIIKM Secretariat will not be able to process or facilitate visa applications on their behalf.
